Game Changing Idea

Enough with the fish!  I opened the paper today and Florida unemployment is 9.9% and leading the nation.  I just happen to live in Florida. 

That being said, I believe that jobs are created by "game changing ideas", when you come up with an idea, that changes the way something is being done for the better and, or how things have been done in the past, and then you are able to execute the idea, jobs will be created. 

My focus and I  believe a lot of peoples focus right now needs to be on finding that game changing idea that will create the drive and the passion in you to make something happen.  Don't get me wrong it is not all about the idea, but also the execution of the idea.  You may need to find the partner or partners to help  you execute, but the fact is you need to be seeking that "game changing idea".  The idea that gets you and your colleagues excited and full of passion.

Don't be afraid!  There is money and help out there for good ideas.  There is no shortage of money in this world for great ideas and great execution of ideas.  The key is to have an idea that drives excitement and passion, then you will make it happen. 

I know this is easier said than done, but my point is instead of just looking for a job in a world that is still cutting jobs, and instead of being discouraged because of the job market, spend a little time brain storming with your family and friends that "game changing idea".  You never know you may have one, or at the least you may have a little fun and take your mind off the current environment .

Hi Danny,

I'm so happy to see that you're doing well. I'm doing great, 6 mo's pregnant and we just found out it's going to be a girl, so we're thrilled and extremely greatful. I realy like your blogs, these are publishable :-)
I did not do so well the first couple of weeks with the shock and stress, but now, I've really moved on and become a very family oriented person. I hate that I never had a chance to say bye to you or anything, but now that we're on neutral ground, I have to say that, you are one of the most sincere, down to earth and geniuine person who never let his position get to him. you were always so nice to me and always made me feel like a human being before just an assistant and I always respected you for that.
