What are your fitness goals? What is helping or preventing you from accomplishing them?
Presented by Intel, Sponsors of Tomorrow.
I use to weigh 300+ pounds, so since I lost more or less 100 lbs, I am very motivated to exercise everyday. The main goal these days is to do something everyday that I enjoy and like. I love to jog, bike, swim, and clean my boat (wax on/was off). I tolerate weight lifting and try to do it a couple of days a week, but it is not my favorite. I really think the key is to do something everyday, and don't kill yourself. Do something that you enjoy, and that you have fun doing. Walk or ride your bike instead of driving the car. Park in the back forty when you go to the store or the mall. The point is to move and do little things that increases your movement.
I also think that you have to eat right. I try to eat 70% green, alive food that is full of water, lots of salads. I do not eat much if any animal fat- no meat, cheese, etc. Drink lots and lots of water and eat lots and lots of green alive food.
The main thing is no stress. Stress is the worse thing in the world for your health and fitness.
